Here comes Spring.

It's been a good start to spring at my local patch and I have had three good days there this week.
Everything seems to be building nests ready for the next generation.

Hide and seek with a Fox

I had an amazing experience yesterday in Wassand Woods.  I saw a fox in the undergrowth and decided to try and getter a better shot as there was too many obstacles in the way. To my surprise it decided to play along with me and I was able to get quite close. This went on for about 20 minutes when I left leaving it still sat there.

On the road

Just had a few days in the Lake District where, unfortunately, wildlife was very much lacking. These photos were taken in the Yorkshire Dales on the way there and back.
